Obedience is a wonderful sport to pursue with a dog.  However, it is not a favorite of mine.  I believe a dog should be obedient and be able to take commands from their person but high level obedience titles are not my goal with my dogs.  I plan on always training the basic obedience commands and possibly some mid range obedience work as well but I have no burning desire to compete in such venues.  We salute those that take obedience more seriously but you will see more of the working bond with my dogs in the other venues.  That does not mean that Cotah bred dogs will not be able to do obedience, just that it's not my favorite past time to do with my dogs.  Cotah dogs have multiple AKC CD's and a UKC CD with plans for more CD's this year.
